The third race of the season is in the books, and we were again down a member. Thomas Armentrout, rumored to have retired out of fear of losing, did not attend this weekend. The field was thinned even more on Saturday when Patrick realized that he owned a German car, and then noticed that it was broken.
Speaking of German cars – I had my first opportunity to race the powerhaus (like that?) that is known as the BMW 318ti. To sum it up best, I will quote Alan Pozner: “You need shocks, boy.”
I’d also like to take a moment to thank Dave Williams and the rest from National Road Autosport for recognizing how coveted the Team Zip-Tie Cup truely is by mentioning it on the July update on their site. If you are a frequent visitor to this site, please continue to link to them from us (Dave mentioned that we are now showing up as a referer)!
