Pretty simple… It’s called “Invoking a Cone”.
At any time before the Driver’s Meeting on a race day, a full member of Team Zip Tie may call upon their right to “Invoke a Cone” on any new member. This will add a cone penalty of one cone to the member’s fastest time of that day, prior to calculations for the Team Zip Tie Cup.
Full members only get to call upon this right once, so use it carefully.
