I understand John has made arrangements to have WV wildlife officers checking hunting licenses at tech in May. You can buy your water fowl stamp then as well.
Do you need a hunters safety course if your hunting with a Mustang?
As long as you are using the Mustang, you’ll be grandfathered in. It should all be there in the 2010 update of the SCCA Solo Rules. Check under the appendix under “Sully” moments.
